# License Errors

Common license errors and how to fix them.

| Error code            | Meaning & fix                                                                           |
| --------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| LICENSE\_INVALID      | Your license key is invalid. Check for typos or contact support.                        |
| LICENSE\_EXPIRED      | Your license has expired. Renew it from [your dashboard.](https://my.fairshieldac.com/) |
| IP\_MISMATCH          | Server IP doesn't match the registered IP. Update your IP in the dashboard.             |
| CONNECTION\_FAILED    | Can't connect to license server. Check your server's internet connection.               |
| MAX\_SERVERS\_REACHED | You've reached the maximum servers for your license.                                    |
